At Morrison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
